Alfredo Aracil (Coruña, 1984) has a Master’s degree in the History of Contemporary Art and Visual Culture from the Autonomous University of Madrid and the Reina Sofía Museum. In 2017, he won the Community of Madrid curatorial competition, presenting the project “Notes for destructive psychology, an artistic investigation into the poetics and politics of mental health”.

Aracil has also worked on public programmes and exhibitions at the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid and LABoral arts centre in Gijón. He currently works as the Department Head of Education at the Museo Moderno in Buenose Aires.
