Eugenia Urrere graduated from the National University of Rosario, Argentina, with a degree in Communications in 2012. She went on to continue her studies in Communications and Social Organisations, receiving a specialised degree in 2020. Meanwhile, in 2015, she also earned a diploma in Human Capital Management.

Since 2014, Eugenia has been involved in various social and regional activist groups.

She currently serves as Executive Director of Latinoamérica Habla, a civil association that works to protect, revitalise and digitise indigenous languages in Latin America. The organisation also promotes the inclusion of indigenous communities as well as respect for indigenous world views and equal opportunities.
